DCP Hub · Direct care providers
Pick the person who owns your dates.
Membership gives your practice a screened directory of trained support professionals and the ability to choose one yourself. No account manager decides for you, nobody is assigned to you, and nothing you agree with a member is priced or brokered by us.
What this actually costs you when it slips
A credentialing or enrollment lapse does not announce itself. There is no alert, no rejection letter on day one, and nothing on the schedule that looks different. The practice simply stops being offered referrals, and the first hard signal is usually a claim coming back weeks later.
Access
Referrals route elsewhere
A provider out of network is a provider the queue skips. Those veterans do not wait for you to fix it — they are sent somewhere else, and the practice is not told.
Revenue
Work already done stops paying
Care delivered during a lapse is care delivered against an enrollment that was not there. Reprocessing is slow, partial, and lands on the same staff who missed the date.
Staff
The front desk cannot carry it
This work is done between patients by people whose actual job is patients. It holds until the week it does not, and it fails quietly in whichever state nobody was watching.
What membership gives a practice
Directory access
The full screened list
Browse every listed member, filter by subspecialty, role and state, and contact whoever you want to talk to. Your account also links through to the support-professional side, so you can reach members from inside it.
Your profile
Photograph and video
Providers are the one class of member with visual profiles. A photograph and a short introductory video let a support professional see who they would be working for before they answer.

Joining Community Care
Help with the file itself
Practices that want into VA Community Care and have not started often need the documentation done before they can even apply. Members are available to assist with exactly that work, under a contract with your practice.
How selection works
The directory is a browse-and-choose list, not a matching service. You see the same six things on every member, in the same order, so comparison is like-for-like rather than a sales pitch.
You are the only one selecting. DutyPath does not match, allocate, refer or recommend. We do not rank members, we accept no payment for position in the directory, and no member pays to appear higher in your results.
Questions practices ask
Are we hiring an employee?
No. A member you engage contracts with your practice directly as an independent contractor. DutyPath is not the employer, is not a party to that contract, and takes no fee from what you pay them. How you structure the engagement is between you and them, and worth running past your own counsel.
Who sets the rate?
The member does, and you negotiate it with them. We publish no rate card, take no percentage, and have no visibility into what you agree.
Does using this affect our VA standing?
No. DutyPath LLC is a private company with no affiliation to, authorization from, or endorsement by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Nothing here changes your relationship with any VA program, network or contractor. Your obligations under those programs remain exactly what they were.
What screening has been done?
Every listed member has completed background screening as a condition of appearing in the directory. The member pays DutyPath, DutyPath orders the check through its own Checkr account, and the member completes it on Checkr's platform. Screening status is one of the six fields on every listing.
Will someone be assigned to us?
Never. There is no matching engine, no allocation, no referral and no recommendation. You browse, you shortlist, you contact. If you would rather have someone hand you a name, we are the wrong service.
We are not in Community Care yet. Is this still for us?
Yes, and it may be the more useful case. The documentation burden of getting into a federal payer program in the first place is the same work, done once, at a larger volume. Members are available to assist with it under contract with your practice.
What happens to patient information?
Credentialing and enrollment records are provider data, not patient data, and the work is designed to stay on that side of the line. Where an engagement would put protected health information into the system, a business associate agreement is required before that work begins.
Choose your community affiliation
Membership is held with DutyPath LLC. The affiliation you pick is the community shown on your listing — each organization sets its own policies and speaks for itself.
