Refund and Cancellation Policy
One published price means one published refund rule. This policy forms part of the Terms of Use and applies to everything you can buy from DutyPath. Last updated [CONFIRM: effective date].
Academy courses
Funded enrollments. Where a third party paid — Army Credentialing Assistance or any other funding source — the refund goes back to the payer, not to you, in the amount they paid. If you withdraw from a funded course you may also owe your funding program directly under its own rules; that is between you and them.

How to request one
Step 1
Write to us
Email [CONFIRM: refunds email] from the address on your account, with your order reference and what you are asking for.
Step 2
We respond
Within [DECIDE: response window, e.g. 5 business days], in writing, with a decision and the reason for it.
Step 3
Money moves
Approved refunds go back by the original payment method within [DECIDE: e.g. 10 business days], or to the third party that paid.
Step 4
If you disagree
Ask for a review at [CONFIRM: escalation contact]. Please raise it with us before starting a card chargeback.
No discounts, and no negotiated refunds. One published price for everyone means this policy is applied the same way for everyone. We do not make individual exceptions, because an exception for one person is a different price for everyone else.
