Services

Six services, one desk behind them.

Everything DutyPath does exists so that a veteran's referral lands somewhere it can be seen. Training that teaches the federal payer programs specifically, software that holds the work, and the operational services a practice needs to stay credentialed, enrolled and findable.

Every one of them is run by trained direct care support professionals who own the dates on the file — not a rotating pool of contractors who learn your practice and then move on.

What we do

The six disciplines

Learn the work, manage the file, be found by the practices that need you. Each service below stands on its own, and every one of them is doing the same job from a different angle.

Training

Professional Training Program

Credentialing, payer enrollment, authorization and compliance, taught against VA Community Care, TRICARE and CHAMPVA rather than commercial payers. The course ends in an examination, because a certificate of attendance is not a qualification.

Software

The WorkFlow

One file per provider, every state board, both workstreams in the same record. The renewal calendar is derived from the file itself instead of a spreadsheet somebody has to remember to open.

Revenue cycle

Medical Billing and Credentialing

Structured charge entry, clean claim submission and the follow-up that decides whether a visit is actually paid. Credentialing proves the clinician is safe to see patients; enrollment is what lets the visit bill.

Reference

Digital Coding Library

The federal payer reference set, kept current and searchable. Codes, policies and the procedures that differ between programs, in one place rather than scattered across portals nobody opened.

Visibility

Digital Marketing

A practice nobody can find is a practice that gets no referrals. Listing, profile and presence work that puts a provider in front of the veterans and the coordinators who are looking for one.

Technology

IT Solutions

The systems the desk actually runs on: access, accounts, secure document handling and the connections between them. Set up once, documented plainly, and handed over working.

One desk, not six vendors

These are not six separate contracts with six separate points of contact. A practice that trains a support professional through the Academy, runs the file in Workflow and keeps its listing current is working with one desk that already knows the file.

No placement fee, no broker. Members engaged by a provider contract with that provider directly. DutyPath is not a party to the engagement and takes nothing from it.

Every practice, provider, state and date used to illustrate these services is fictional. No patient information is used or collected.
