IT Solutions

Workflow does not replace what your practice already runs. IT Solutions connects it — the practice-management system, the clearinghouse, the payer gateways — and stands up the HIPAA hub the patient work lives in.

01

What we connect

Daily reconciliation between your practice-management system and Workflow, keyed on the patient control number and the payer's claim control number, so nothing is re-keyed and nothing is paid twice. Clearinghouse routing with the payer ID taken from the gateway table, never from the patient's card. The HIPAA hub — intake, billing and the patient portal — set up behind its own gate, with the business associate agreement in place before the first real record.

  • Practice-management systems: Tebra, athenahealth, AdvancedMD, eClinicalWorks.
  • Clearinghouse: claim submission, claim status, eligibility, automatic 835 pickup.
  • Gateways: Optum Serve, TriWest, VA FSC, TRICARE East and West, CHAMPVA, Medicare, Medicaid, commercial.
  • HIPAA hub: access model, audit ledger, statement documents, the patient portal.

02

The security review

Every connection ships with a written review: who can see what, where the records live, what is append-only, how the veteran guard is enforced, and what is switched off until the practice signs for it. The same discipline DutyPath applies to its own platform, applied to yours.

What the practice gets

  • Nothing re-keyed between your PM and Workflow.
  • Payer routing from the gateway table, every claim.
  • HIPAA hub behind its own gate, BAA first.
  • A written security review with every connection.

DutyPath is software. Billing and collections work is performed by DCSP members for the practices they serve; DutyPath never bills a veteran, never holds patient money and never performs collections itself. The Professional Training Program issues a certificate of completion; it is not a credential.
